American President Donald Trump could name North Korea as enemy with an appeal to deal jointly with India, but failed to name Pakistan as a terror sponsoring state directly, though he committed for a joint fight with radicalised Islamic terrorism.
The prime requirement is that you have to be big enough, a big power to dictate world opinion in your favour!
